My Moms Spaghetti Sauce

My mom makes this, major comfort food! Better than any store bought spaghetti sauce!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of tomato sauce shopping list
- 5-6 hot Italian sausages shopping list
- Red, yellow, green pepper (chopped up) shopping list
- 3 celery stalks (chopped up) shopping list
- white onion (chopped up) shopping list
- mushrooms shopping list
- garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, fennel, salt and pepper (about 1 tsp. of each one, 1/2 tsp. salt) shopping list
How to make it
- Throw together all ingredients - no sausage! - into big cooking pot,
- Cook sausage separately, drain grease, add to rest of ingredients
- Simmer for 2 hours
- Serve over spaghetti
