Salmon with HorseradishApple Glaze

- 1 TBSP vinegar (champagne prefered) shopping list
- 1 TBSP chives, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 TBSP prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1/3 cup apple jelly shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (divided) shopping list
- 4 salmon Filets (about 6-oz each), skinned shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp. olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Prehear oven to 350
- Combine first 4 ingredients and 1/4 tsp salt and stir well.
- Sprinkle Salmon with 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add salmon, and cook 3 minutes. Turn salmon over, brush with half of apple mix.
- Wrap handle of skillet in foil and place in oven at 350 for 5 minutes or til fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Brush salmon with remaining apple mixture, plate and serve.
