Meatball and Green Bean Stroganoff

Ingredients
  • 12 meatballs
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk***
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. Cook meatballs as directed on package
  2. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat
  3. Add onion and carlic; cook until onion is tender
  4. Stir in all remaining ingredients, cook 8-10 minutes or until green beans are tender
  5. Add meatballs; mix well
  6. Serve over cooked fettuccine or rice
  7. ***For additional sauce, stir in a little more milk
