Ingredients

2 pkgs. (16 oz.) cut leaf spinach

1 pkg. (1 oz.) dry onion soup mix

1 cup sour cream

**optional: 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese or bread crumbs

Directions

In medium saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions, drain well

Add onion soup mix and sour cream to spinach

Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole pan

Top as desired

Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes
