Seasoned French Bread

- 1 loaf frozen bread dough or 12 dinner rolls, thawed but still cold shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp. melted unsalted butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. italian no-salt seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Roll and stretch thawed loaf or press together 12 rolls until it is 12-14 inches long
- Place on baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray
- Brush with butter or margarine
- Combine kosher salt with spices
- Sprinkle loaf generously with kosher salt/spice mixture
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 2-3 hours or until doubled in size
- Remove plastic wrap and bake at 375F for 20 minutes
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes longer
- Let cool 10 minutes
