Ingredients
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough or 12 dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. melted unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. italian no-salt seasoning

Directions
  1. Roll and stretch thawed loaf or press together 12 rolls until it is 12-14 inches long
  2. Place on baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Brush with butter or margarine
  4. Combine kosher salt with spices
  5. Sprinkle loaf generously with kosher salt/spice mixture
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 2-3 hours or until doubled in size
  7. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 375F for 20 minutes
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes longer
  9. Let cool 10 minutes
