Herbed Lamb Chops

The herbs de Provence add a French flavor to this simple but elegant dish. In the colder months you can broil or sautee in a grilling pan.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced (use additional TBSP if you really like garlic) shopping list
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 TBSP dried herbes de provence shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 8 lamb loin chops, trimmed (4 oz each) shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare grill
- Combine first 5 ingredients, and rub evenly over both sides of chops
- Place lamb on grill rack that is coated with cooking spray. Grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness
