Granola With Maple-Yogurt Swirl Recipe
Found this in the local paper, made it this weekend and super yummy and addictive

Ingredients
  • 5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup wheat or oat bran
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/ 2 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 cups non-fat plain yogurt
  • 6 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, bran, pecans and almonds. Drizzle with oil and toss well to coat evenly
  3. In small saucepan over low heat, warm honey until liquified (3-5 minutes)
  4. Drizzle honey over oat mixture and re-toss
  5. Spread mixture evenly among baking sheets - don't overstuff sheets, use as many as needed
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Remove from oven, stir granola well and spread out again
  8. Reduce oven temp. to 325 degrees and bake 15-20 more mointes, stirring twice, until evenly browned
  9. Remove pans from oven and let granola cool completely, mix in cranberries
  10. Meanwhile...whisk together yogurt and syrup (add to granola when eating, do not mix all together - keep in separate containers)
  11. Granola, kept in air-tight container, keeps for up to 2 weeks
  12. Top with fresh berries
