Granola with Maple-Yogurt Syrup

- 5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1 cup oat bran or wheat shopping list
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/ 2 cup sliced almonds shopping list
- 3 tbsp. canola oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 4 cups non-fat yogurt shopping list
- 6 tbsp. maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine oats, sunflower seeds, oat bran, almonds and drizzle with oil, toss well
- In small saucepan, warm honey until liquified (3-5 minutes) than drizzle over oat mixture, toss again to coat evenly
- Spread mixture evenly among two 11 X 17 baking sheets; bake in oven for 15 minutes
- Remove pans, stir granola and spread out again
- Lower temp. to 325 degrees
- Bake for 15-20 more minutes, stirring twice, until evenly browned
- Remove pans and let cool completely, add cranberries
- Meanwhile, whisk together yogurt and maple syrup
- Store granola in air-tight contained, keeps for 2 weeks
- Store yogurt in separte container, add to granola when want to eat
- Toss fresh berries on top
