How to make it

  • Prepare taco shells, according to package directions
  • Brown meat in skillet; drain
  • Add tomatoes and salsa
  • Cook over medium heat for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Add corn and cook 2 more minutes or until slightly thickened
  • Spoon into heated taco shells and garnish with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, avocado or sour cream, if desired
