Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (12 count) taco shells
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion
  • 3/4 cup salsa, mild
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained
  • shredded lettuce
  • shredded cheese
  • avocado
  • sour cream

Directions
  1. Prepare taco shells, according to package directions
  2. Brown meat in skillet; drain
  3. Add tomatoes and salsa
  4. Cook over medium heat for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. Add corn and cook 2 more minutes or until slightly thickened
  6. Spoon into heated taco shells and garnish with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, avocado or sour cream, if desired
