Ingredients
  • 2 1/3 cups Bisquick
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Sweetened sliced strawberries
  • Whipped Cream

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425F
  2. Stir bisquick, sugar, margarine and milk until soft dough forms
  3. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Split shortcakes
  6. Fill and top with strawberries and whipped cream
