Summer Three Bean and Barley Salad

- 2 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 4 bouillon cubes or 4 tsp. granulated bouillon, any flavor shopping list
- 2 cups quick cooking barley shopping list
- 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup honey dijon salad dressing shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan, combine water, bouillon and barley
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and barley is tender
- Place cooked barley in a bowl
- Add beans and green onions
- Toss with dressing
- Serve immediately or chill several hours before serving
