Ingredients
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 1/3 cups nonfat or lowfat strawberry or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen (thawed) reduced fat or fat free whipped topping
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced (reserve 1 whole strawberry for garnish, if desired)
  • 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 slivered almonds, toasted, if desired

Directions
  1. Tear cake into about 3/4 inch pieces
  2. Layer half each of the cake pieces, yogurt, whipped topping, strawberries and kiwi fruit in a 2 quart serving bowl; repeat
  3. Sprinkle with almonds
  4. Garnish with 1 whole strawberry
  5. Refrigerate atleast 2 hours until firm
  6. Cover and refrigerate any remaining trifle
