How to make it

  • Preheat skillet over medium heat
  • Add oil, crushed garlic, saute 2 minutes, then add greens
  • Turn and wilt greens in garlic oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Add vegetable broth to pan and bring to boil
  • Cover pan, reduce heat and simmer greens 7-8 minutes
  • Uncover pan and stire in chickpeas, combining well with stewed greens
