Garlic Chickpeas and Greens

- 2 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 lb. mustard greens, trimmed and coarsely chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 cup veggie broth shopping list
- 2 cans (15-oz.) chickpeas shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat skillet over medium heat
- Add oil, crushed garlic, saute 2 minutes, then add greens
- Turn and wilt greens in garlic oil and season with salt and pepper
- Add vegetable broth to pan and bring to boil
- Cover pan, reduce heat and simmer greens 7-8 minutes
- Uncover pan and stire in chickpeas, combining well with stewed greens
