Ingredients
  • 1 envelope vegetable soup mix
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) broccoli or spinach, chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In 1 quart casserole dish, combine vegetable soup mix, sour cream, broccoli or spinach and 3/4 cup cheese
  3. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through
  5. Serve with your favorite dippers
