How to make it

  • 1. Mix lime juice, olive oil, salt, oregano, and garlic in a resealable plastic bag that is large enough for the two tenderloins. Shake the bag to mix the ingredients well. Be sure to taste the marinade to see whether it is tart, if it is tart simply add a bit more olive oil. Further be sure the garlic and salt do not overpower the overall taste. Put the tenderloins in the plastic bag, seal, and turn bag back and forth so as to cover the tenderloins with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 5 hours.
  • 2. Preheat you grill to medium heat.
  • 3. Oil the grate lightly. Grill the tenderloins for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, taking care that you turn them at least once. Enjoy your tasty meal.
