Ingredients
  • 1 prepared 8 inch (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 cups (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate morsels
  • whipped cream
  • chopped nuts (optional)

Directions
  1. Whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; do not boil
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Stir in morsles until completely melted and mixture is smooth
  5. Pour into crust; refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm
  6. Top with whipped cream before serving
  7. Sprinkle with nuts (optional)
