Raspberry Cheese Spread

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 c mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 c (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 c (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 green onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 c chopped pecans shopping list
- ¼ c seedless raspberry preserves shopping list
- Assorted crackers shopping list
How to make it
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until blended. Beat in cheeses and onions. Stir in pecans. Spread into a plastic wrap-lined 9 inch round dish. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- Invert onto a serving plate; spread with preserves. Serve with crackers.
- Makes 3 ½ cups.
