How to make it

  • Boil potatoes, onion, salt and oil in just enough water to cover. (You won't be draining).
  • When tender, mash with potato masher.
  • Stir in eggs.
  • Add vinegar to taste.
  • Best if left a little bit soupy.
  • Enjoy!

    I love vinegar I can't think of one that I don't like. Plus, I am a huge fan of fish and chips with vinegar and have you ever tried it on spinach, YUM. Thank you for sharing, great post.
