Ingredients
  • Gram daul (Channa daul) 1/4 kg
  • Water 3 cups
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green chilly
  • turmeric pw 1 pinch
  • red chilly pw 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • corriander leaves as desired
  • oil for frying
  • Little hing powder

Directions
  1. Soak daul in water n keep aside for 5 -6 hours
  2. drain n grind daul
  3. Put this in big bowl
  4. Add finely cut onions,finely cut green chillies
  5. all the powders
  6. corriander leaves n hing powder
  7. Mix well
  8. Aplly water on palm n make flat balls with little bater
  9. Deep fry in oil n drain on tissue paper
