Sizzling Steak Recipe
Simple beef and onion dish that comes across sweet but has a mild spicy twist. Great served upon white rice with a side of stir-fried vegetables and garlic bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 500 grams beef strips
  • 1 Large Onion cut into slithers
  • 1 Red Capsican cut into strips
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup worchestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Prepare ingredients into strips or slithers.
  2. Heat wok or fry pan to medium - high heat.
  3. Add oil, coating all surfaces of fhe pan.
  4. Add beef, onion and capsican.
  5. Fry until beef and onion are golden brown.
  6. Mix tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce and sugar in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  7. Reduce heat on fry pan to low-simmer.
  8. Add the sauce making sure the meat and onion mix are well coated and slightly thickened.
  9. Serve on top of rice with stir-fry vegetables.
