Ingredients

1-2 hearts of Romain lettuce cut into pieces

1 red bell pepper cut into half inch chunks

1 cup of home style croutons (optional)

1 half cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated - NOT from the dreaded green can!)

Balsamic Vinegarette dressing

Directions

toss all ingredients in a large salad bowl just before serving.
