Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Halves ; cooked and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 16 ounces Mixed Vegetables, Frozen
  • 10 3/4 ounces Cream Of Chicken Soup ; condensed
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 Ready Made Pie Crust

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  6. Stir in vegetables, soup and milk; simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Place in pie shell.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
