Chicken Pot Pie

- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 pound chicken breast Halves ; cooked and diced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 16 ounces mixed vegetables, Frozen shopping list
- 10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup ; condensed shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 Ready Made pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Stir in vegetables, soup and milk; simmer 5 minutes.
- Place in pie shell.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
