Vegetarian version of fast dish made of two types of beans, tomato sauce and chilies. This is good for the 1st phase of south beach diet plan.

Ingredients
  • - 1 can of red bean, undrained
  • - 1 can of white bean, drained
  • - 1 big onion, chopped
  • - 200 g of tomato paste
  • - 1 tsp of sambal ulek (you can also use 1 red chilli, fine chopped)
  • - 1/ 4 tsp of powdered cayenne pepper
  • - 1 tbs of soy sauce
  • - 1 tbs of olive oil

Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion and stir about 2 min.
  3. Add beans, tomato paste, sambal ulek and soy sauce.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer about 3 min.
  5. Serve hot.
