Yummy Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of white or brown rice, cooked

1/4 cup Kraft Monterey Jack shredded cheese

1/4 cup fresh guacamole or from a jar

1/4 cup fresh chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped lettuce

1/4 cup queso cheese dip from a jar

1/4 cup taco sauce or salsa

1/4 cup Amy's Organic Chili (or any canned chili will work)

1/4 cup chopped red onions

1/4 cup red kidney beans rinsed

3 handfuls of Tostitos Multi-grain tortillas

Directions

divide the chips onto two plates

put half of the rice on top of the chips

sprinkle half of the Monterey Jack on top of the rice

add half of the chili to the top

microwave for 30 seconds to a minute to melt cheese

divide the rest of the toppings and add to finish off
