How to make it

  • Descasque as maçãs e corte em lâminas finas, sem o miolo, usando o ralador. Misture com o açucar a canela e as passas
  • Abra e estique a massa bem fininha, polvilhada com pão-de-ló. Coloque no centro a mistura de maçãe regue com rum. Feche as duas bordas, passando gema pra colar. Asse em forno preaquecido em 200 graus.
  • Depois de frio, polvilhe com o açúcar de confeiteiro. Sirva com chantilly.
