Ingredients

Fresh Garlic (2 head)

Perseley (fresh full one)

1 pound of big schrimp

Olive oil

Peperocini (dry little pepper red)

salt

Creame

White wine (optional)

Directions

Start to clean your garlic and persely & cutt really small

In a skillet put your olive oil and garlic, add you schrimp and let it cook for a good 20 minuts add salt and peperocini, when the schrimp is almost done add the persely (don't need to cook long) and the cream & wine let cook for a good 5 minutes and your dish is ready.

Serve with hot french bread.
