Shredded Beef Fillet With Peking Sauce Recipe
This is a really nice spicy-fruity dish.. I love it!!

Ingredients
  • Oil for frying
  • 300g Sliced Beef Fillet
  • 2 Tbs cornflour- mixed with 1 Tbs water
  • 20ml Peking or Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 25ml Tomato Sauce

Directions
  1. Combine beef strips and cornflour paste and mix to combine.
  2. Combine hoisin sauce, brown sugar, tomato sauce in a bowl, mix well. Set aside.
  3. Heat wok until hot, add oil and beef and saute until almost cooked through.
  4. Add sauce mixture and toss to combine.
  5. You can add more sugar depending on how you want it to taste.
  6. Also depending on your taste you can add a whole chilli (chopped) or chilli powder.
  7. Serve with bolied/fried rice. :)
