Yogurt And Pork Pasta Bake Recipe
A nice pasta bake. Instead of using cream, it uses yogurt. You could add more vegetables instread of the meat, but the idea remains the same!

Ingredients
  • About 500g pork mince
  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • dried rosemary
  • dried sage
  • 500g dried pasta (fusilli, maccaroni?)
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g natural unsweetened yogurt
  • Nutmeg
  • Parmigiano Reggiano

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to around 200°C.
  2. Fry the pork mince for a few minutes.
  3. Fry the onion (finely chopped) for some five minutes. Add the tomatoes and add about a glass of water. Return the meat to the pan with the diced pepper and herbs. Stir, then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Boil the pasta. Mix with the rest of the sauce when the sauce is ready.
  5. Mix the eggs, yogurt and nutmeg then drizzle over the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes.
