How to make it

  • Brush mushrooms to clean off any dirt and slice thinly.
  • Cook pasta until al dente.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium-sized frying pan and add mushrooms. Let them fry fast, tossing once or twice, add the garlic and chili with a pinch of salt, and continue to fry for 4-5 minutes, tossing regularly. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss pasta with the mushroom sauce, butter, parmesan, and parsley.
  • Garnish with a little extra parmesan and parsley and serve.
