Spinach and Pine Nut Meatloaf

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup pine nuts (you can replace with any nut!) shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tbs worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp chopped fresh basil leaves (1/2 tsp dried basil leaves) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped (1/8 tsp garlic powder) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 slices of bread, torn into small pieces shopping list
- 1 chopped onion, about 1/4 cup shopping list
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (drained) or 10 oz fresh (broken) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- mix all ingredients
- put into ungreased loaf pan
- bake an hour to an hour and 15 mins. (160 degrees)
