Another great my mom used to make.. its soo easy and a secret (its good with parmesean cheese on top)

Ingredients
  • 2 can tuna in water (drained)
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cups shell noodles
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (mixed with melted butter)

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. cook noodles as directed until they are almost done
  3. saute drained tuna and onion together until onion is clear
  4. add pimentos and can of soup (if too thick add some water) stir
  5. add noodles
  6. place mixture in baking dish
  7. spread crackers(mixed with some melted butter) evenly on top
  8. bake for 20 mins or until bubbly and crackers are golden brown
