Prawns and Cream of Mushroom Soup

- 4 ½ cups or 1125 ml water shopping list
- 1 sachet cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 300g peeled prawns, diced shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, crushed shopping list
- 1 small tomato or 100g, peeled and finely chopped shopping list
- 1 small carrot or 100g, finely chopped shopping list
- Pinch of hot chili pepper (optional shopping list
How to make it
- Place water and Cream of Mushroom Soup in a large saucepan, bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- Add prawns, garlic, tomato, and carrots.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season hot chili pepper to taste (optional)
- Serve with toasted herb croutons.
- Cooking Tip: make sure that the shrimps are washed after peeling and cleaning in room-temperature water.
