Ingredients
  • 4 ½ cups or 1125 ml water
  • 1 sachet Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 300g peeled prawns, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 small tomato or 100g, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 small carrot or 100g, finely chopped
  • Pinch of hot chili pepper (optional

Directions
  1. Place water and Cream of Mushroom Soup in a large saucepan, bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Add prawns, garlic, tomato, and carrots.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Season hot chili pepper to taste (optional)
  5. Serve with toasted herb croutons.
  6. Cooking Tip: make sure that the shrimps are washed after peeling and cleaning in room-temperature water.
