Ingredients
  • 8 chicken legs
  • 2 cups green shallots
  • 2 cups tomates
  • 3 chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup culantro
  • 8 potatoes
  • 8 corns
  • 8 slices of yuca
  • salt
  • 1 t oil

Directions
  1. Put the oil in the pan, add the shallots, tomateos and garlic, leave for two minutes, add the chicken legs, clean potatoes, and corn. Cook for 30 minutes, add salt. After add yuca. Cook other 30 minutes.
  2. And ready to eat!!!
