White Stuff aka Taffy Apple Salad

My husband prefers this salad to birthday cake...so I make it for him every year for his birthday and holidays.
Ingredients
- 1 large can pineapple chunks shopping list
- 2 cups mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 8 oz Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup Spanish peanuts shopping list
- 2 cups diced apples shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pineapple juice and save. Mix pineapple juice and mini marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight.
- In a saucepan, mix flour, vinegar, pineapple juice, sugar, and egg well beaten. Cook until pudding consistancy. Refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning mix pudding with cool whip. Mix apples in with pineapple and mini marshmallows. Add sauce.
- Add peanuts just before serving.
