How to make it

  • Drain pineapple juice and save. Mix pineapple juice and mini marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight.
  • In a saucepan, mix flour, vinegar, pineapple juice, sugar, and egg well beaten. Cook until pudding consistancy. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Next morning mix pudding with cool whip. Mix apples in with pineapple and mini marshmallows. Add sauce.
  • Add peanuts just before serving.
