White Stuff Aka Taffy Apple Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 Tbsp flour

1/2 tsp vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

8 oz Cool whip

1 1/2 cup spanish peanuts

2 cups diced apples

Directions

Drain pineapple juice and save. Mix pineapple juice and mini marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight.

In a saucepan, mix flour, vinegar, pineapple juice, sugar, and egg well beaten. Cook until pudding consistancy. Refrigerate overnight.

Next morning mix pudding with cool whip. Mix apples in with pineapple and mini marshmallows. Add sauce.

Add peanuts just before serving.
