Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter

8 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks

8 ounces half and half

1/4 cup romano cheese (may use parmesan)

1 tbsp garlic powder

cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter.

Add cream cheese and whisk.

Continuing to whisk cream cheese, slowly add half and half.

Whisk until smooth adding cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.

Simmer until heated through.

Serve with any kind of pasta you desire.
