Beef Macaroni Bake

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- Approx. half a bag of elbow noodles shopping list
- 2 cups of veggies (your choice but I prefer fresh cut celery and carrots) shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 2 cup of shredded mozzeralla and cheeder cheese shopping list
- 1 cup of Zesty Italian dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Fry beef and onion as normal, drain
- Cook elbow noodles as normal, drain
- Stove top the veggies for about 15 minutes to soften them
- Preheat oven to 350 F (modify for your oven, mine is a gas oven)
- Pour all ingredients but only 1 cup of cheese into an oven safe glass dish (no lid)
- Stir well
- Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top
- Put in oven until cheese is melted. Approx 10 min
- Recipe can be modified many ways: use cubed chicken instead of beef. use frozen veggies instead of fresh. Make with no onion/cheese
