How to make it

  • Fry beef and onion as normal, drain
  • Cook elbow noodles as normal, drain
  • Stove top the veggies for about 15 minutes to soften them
  • Preheat oven to 350 F (modify for your oven, mine is a gas oven)
  • Pour all ingredients but only 1 cup of cheese into an oven safe glass dish (no lid)
  • Stir well
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top
  • Put in oven until cheese is melted. Approx 10 min
  • Recipe can be modified many ways: use cubed chicken instead of beef. use frozen veggies instead of fresh. Make with no onion/cheese
