  • 2. Marinate the prawn with chilli powder, cumin seed powder, pepper powder, salt & garlic and keep aside.
  • 3. Add cooking oil and prawn and stir fry till cooked and serve.
  • 4. Toast the mini salmon for 5 – 7 mins and serve.
  • 5. Add cooking oil and Kai Lan and stir fry till almost cooked and add in the abalone and fry for 2mins and serve
  • 6. Serve all dishes with white rice
