How to make it

  • clean and gut out core of bell peppers and slice onion keeping the O shape
  • heat oil in large pan on medium high and add bell peppers and onions
  • cook approx 30min turning constantly and covering for a few minutes here and there
  • veggies are done when slightly limp
  • dont burn the veggies!
  • while cooking veggies grill chicken in either a grill pan or on a grill
  • when veggies are done mix in packaged seasoning and mix well
  • pile veggies, chicken, sour cream, and avocado with salt on tortilla
  • wrap and enjoy!!
