Here goes--yet another--this will never let you down pie crust (It let me down)I'm not Mrs Suzy Homemaker,but you would think I could at least roll a pie crust (Help!) Please let me know how it turns out. Thank-you

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup plus 2 Tables. sour cream
  • 2 Tables. cold water
  • 1 teas.sugar
  • 3/4 teas.salt
  • 2 1/4 Cups flour(all purpose)
  • 1/4 Cup cake flour
  • 1/2 Cup ,chilled unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Cup,chilled vegetable shortening

Directions
  1. Combine sour cream,water,sugar,salt (In Bowl)
  2. Combine both flours(Large Bowl)
  3. Cut in butter and shortening
  4. Add sour cream mixture,mix just until dough forms
  5. Divide dough in half
  6. Form into ball,each half
  7. Flatten alittle
  8. Wrap in plastic
  9. Refrigerate about 1 hour
  10. Can Freeze,to use later
  11. Good Luck
