How to make it

  • Cut Potatoes in cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add peas and stir fry
  • Now add the turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt
  • Add the cubed potatoes and let them cook on medium heat.
  • When the potatoes and peas are nearly done, add corriander leaves and cook till fully done.
  • Serve with naan or chappatis.
