Ingredients
  • 1lb of lean chicken breast strips for stir fry
  • 8oz of Linguine or Fettucine
  • 1-2 Jars of already made Alfredo Sauce (I use Ragu)
  • 1 medium bag of Broccoli Florets
  • 1-2 tablespoons shredded italian cheese (Parmesan, Romano, etc.)
  • 1-2 tsp EVOO
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • Sea Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Slice stir fry chicken into bite size cubes, season to your liking with sea salt/pepper/garlic.
  2. Meanwhile, in saute pan, heat EVOO until it starts to smoke
  3. Add chicken, stir often until chicken is no longer pink and cooked through.
  4. Heat broccoli in microwave safe bowl with smidge sea salt, garlic powder until cooked.
  5. While Broccoli and Chicken are cooking, bring to a boil water, salt and oil and cook pasta until Al Dente. Drain pasta. Return to pot.
  6. Add Chicken, Broccoli and jars of sauce. Stir until well mixed.
  7. Plate, add cheese to top of plate. Serve.

This is exactly how i'd make it!
except i like to use those little spiral noodles.
they hold the sauce great, and are a little easier to eat. :)
