Summer soup

- tomatoes, diced (lots) shopping list
- cucumbers, peeled and diced (burpless are best) shopping list
- green peppers, diced (can use red peppers) shopping list
- sweet onions, diced shopping list
- dill weed, dried or fresh shopping list
- Miracle Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together vegetables and add miracle whip until all pieces are lightly coated.
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup dill pickle juice (liquid from jar of dill pickles), depending on the volume of vegetables.
- Sprinkle will dill weed.
- Taste before salting, then add kosher or sea salt to taste.
- Let sit, refrigerated, to develop flavor and for broth to develop.
- Serve with cheddar cheese slices
