Ingredients
  • 13 oz smoked mackerel or other smoked fish
  • 13 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • lemon zest dill and chives as garnishes (optinal)

Directions
  1. process all ingredients until smooth
  2. add pepper to taste
  3. scrape into a bowl with lined with plastic wrap and chill invert on to a plate and garnish
