Ingredients
  • 3 cans cut green beans, drained
  • 1 C. catsup
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cut up or bacon bits
  • 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions
  1. Brown bacon until brown but not crisp
  2. Add onions and cook till opaque.
  3. Add catsup and brown sugar, blend.
  4. Pour over green beans in a buttered casserole.
  5. Mix and bake uncovered 3 hrs.at 250 degrees, stir each hour. (or 350 degrees for 20 minutes).
  6. This can also be slow cooked in a crock pot to free your oven for other portions of the meal.
