Esta ensalada se la he visto hacer a mi padre y la he probado en algunos bares de Málaga; una mujer me dijo que se llamaba salmorejo malagueño, pero no os lo puedo confirmar.

Ingredients
  • 4 Naranjas
  • 3 Cebollas frescas
  • 3 Huevos
  • 1 Lata de atún (o bacalao migado)
  • Aceite, vinagre y sal

Directions
  1. Pon a cocer los huevos hasta que estén duros.
  2. Mientras corta la naranja a cuadritos y la cebolla.
  3. Corta el huevo en trocitos pequeños.
  4. Revuelvelo todo con el atún, el aceite del atún, sal y vinagre; si se tiene bacalao se puede sustituir por el atún y también está muy rico.
  5. Buen provecho!
