This recipe has been around the Nebraska area for some time. It's been a favorite of my family.

Ingredients
  • 5 lbs. ground beef
  • 8 oz. chopped onion
  • 1 heaping tsp. Accent
  • 4 oz. catsup
  • 3 heaping tsp. mustard
  • 1 heaping tsp. cream horseradish
  • 3 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 5 heaping tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and Accent.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  3. Mix catsup mixture into ground beef mixture.
  4. Heat and serve on buns.
  5. Note: I top the sandwich with a dill pickle and mustard.
