This recipe has been around the Nebraska area for some time. It's been a favorite of my family.
Ingredients
- 5 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- 8 oz. chopped onion shopping list
- 1 heaping tsp. Accent shopping list
- 4 oz. catsup shopping list
- 3 heaping tsp. mustard shopping list
- 1 heaping tsp. cream horseradish shopping list
- 3 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 5 heaping tsp salt to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef with chopped onion and Accent.
- Mix remaining ingredients together.
- Mix catsup mixture into ground beef mixture.
- Heat and serve on buns.
- Note: I top the sandwich with a dill pickle and mustard.
