Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

5 New patatoes cleaned

water

4 Garlic cloves

1/2 stick real butter

1/3c. Milk

Salt and peper to taste

Directions

In a pan with water add cut up potatoes with peels left on and peeled garlic cloves. Boil till tender.

When tender drain water in colander then return to pan or a bowl. If you use a pan make sure its a stainless steel pan. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper blend till your desired consistency. Serve
