How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan or dish with vegetable oil spray. Set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted. Cool to lukewarm.
  • Using an electric mixer,beat 2 cups sugar,eggs,and vanilla in a medium bowl for 5 minutes or until fluffy.
  • Add chocolate mixture. Beat until blended.
  • Add flour and next 3 ingredients. Stir in sour cream and nuts.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake.
  • Cool completely and cut into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
