We often make these quick nachos for our dinner. They're tasty and cheesy and please everyone. We use a mild salsa, but you can spice it up to any level you prefer.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 jar of chunky salsa, brand and heat level you prefer
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. or more mild shredded cheddar cheese
  • tortilla chips

Directions
  1. Brown ground chuck and chopped onion in large frying pan, then drain.
  2. Add entire jar of salsa to beef and onions, stir.
  3. Sprinkle mixture with shredded cheese.
  4. Allow cheese to melt slightly.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
