  • Thick Slice of Ham
  • 1 ground round Patty,making sure that it has a bit of fat in it.
  • Butter

Directions
  1. Place small amount of butter about 1 teaspoon in frying pan, make patty out of ground round and fry until well browned.Remove the patty and now fry your ham in the butter and beef residue.The beef flavor blends into the ham,Really nice flavor.
